Order/sort episodes by the download start time

When manually downloading episodes, it's normal for some to finish out of order. I'd like them to not also play out of order.

Mixing it up with multiple podcasts means the publication date isn't a good way of sorting. And sorting by “short date” plus manual sorting is only good if you know what the order should be based on the title.
