Add ability to add a radio station to end of a podcast playlist

After all podcasts have played, it is common to switch to a radio stream, but it is also often inconvenient or dangerous to do so: while driving, biking, running, mowing, etc. If a radio stream were able to be added to end of playlist, the switch from podcasts to radio would be automatic, hands-free, and safe.
